The Don Felder “Hotel California” EDS-1275

Gibson Rolls Out Signature Don Felder EDS-1275 – perhaps THE news of 2010, two thirds of the way through. Gibson guitars launched the Don Felder “Hotel California” EDS-1275, a replica of the axe made famous by Don on stage: the distinctive white “two-guitars-in-one” used to play the intro and solos/duo of the Eagles’ epic song for which the guitar is named. Beautiful. I find it sad that Don is not playing with the band and highly ironic that the Eagles chose to have the cover of Hotel California grace the roof of the forum in LA for their concerts. Would be nice to see all differences put aside and a proper reunion. Bernie made it back. How about Don and Randy now.

I want to know what his new Les Paul is, the one in the Guitar World lesson. That is what a flame top should look like.
