Since Off the Record is broadcast independently by radio stations in the U.S. and Canada, exact program times and stations which provide internet streaming vary. Consult the OTR website for a suitable station. Our experience outside the U.S. has shown that you should test a couple of stations well in advance or else you might miss the show.
Earlier today, Don chatted with Russell Bowers on CBC Radio One about his favorite Canadian golf courses, how he himself finds therapy in music and this weekend’s ten year anniversary of his separation from the Eagles.
Don (a.k.a. “Chinook,”) has been on a promotional stampede through the Canadian province of Alberta over the past 72 hours. When the dust finally settles, he’ll do shows in Calgary (Sunday) and Edmonton (Monday.)
Yesterday evening he visited Rob Breakenridge at the AM770 CHQR studios. The time-zone-friendly station website posted the podcast straight away, which is great if you want to listen to the interview at your leisure.
From what we can tell, video has not killed this radio star.
Don was on Q107 Classic Rock in Calgary earlier today shooting the breeze with the guys on the morning show. In case you missed it, the station promises to post it on their site tomorrow, so check back with Terry and Tim first thing in the morning.
Don and John Lefebvre, who is also on the bill Sunday night, are supposed to drop in to the CJSW studios tomorrow to visit the 4 p.m. Road Pops program.
Kicking things off is this refreshing interview with Edmonton’s Radio K-97, which is really worth listening to in its entirety. Don has some interesting tid bits to share.
There’s sure to be more in the coming days. We’ll update our Press page accordingly.
