Latest Podcast Out of NY & Stern Show

Don's on the East Coast this week promoting Heaven and Hell. Check out the latest live-interview podcast published today courtesy of WNYC.org.

Don was also on Howard Stern's show today. Unfortunately, Sirius satellite radio is not available over here. If you missed it, wherever you are, you can read a synopsis here. (scroll down to 8:40 a.m.) And there's more at howardstern.com.

If that's not enough, we've got tons of stuff Don's said over the past eight weeks on the Press and Media page. Don's next personal appearance is in Braintree, MA (outside of Boston) on July 22. Check the Book Signings link for the schedule.

Off the Record with Don

Don will be the featured guest on KLOS' Off the Record program coming up Sunday, July 13th.

Check host Uncle Joe Benson's web page for more info and a list of affiliate stations that stream their programming live on the net. And be sure to scroll down for a recent snapshot!

Live Radio Q&A With Don

Don visited KPCC 82.3 Public Radio yesterday to discuss his autobiography Heaven and Hell. The result is a half-hour interview. He goes into depth about the Eagles' strained relationships, the financial discord among the “shareholders” leading to his dismissal and the split “rock star” personality he assumed during the height of the band's popularity. He also shed some light on the effects of drugs, alcohol, promiscuity and millions-of-dollars, all of which were still in abundance even through the Hell Freezes Over tour, on himself and others around him. He also took a couple of phone calls from listeners.

If you missed it, you can download the podcast from here.
