Don’s book Heaven And Hell: My Life in the Eagles, 1974 – 2001
is set for a second paperback release in the U.K. on November 26. This time around it will be published by Phoenix, an imprint of Orion, which brought out the initial hardcover edition in October 2007. If we’ve counted right, this brings the total available hardback and paperback releases up to five, including a German language one.
“Ooh, I want to tell you, it’s a long run….”

Don’s autobiography was released in paperback earlier this week.
He’s been popping up on radio stations the past few days promoting it, for instance on Wednesday he was heard on Minneapolis’ classic rock KQRS-FM.
Incidentally, the book is also available as an E-Book for downloading via the publisher John Wiley & Sons. |
Detroit classic rock radio WCSX did a phone interview with Don this morning. His upcoming show on May 23rd in Windsor, Ontario is a stone’s throw from the Motor City.
Looks like everyone attending will have “Meet & Greet” access: Don says he’ll autograph your personal copy of his book if you bring it to the show! Tickets here.
Don’s back on the book-signing circuit in April, stopping in at the Borders book store in San Diego on April 9th at 7 p.m. His appearance coincides with the upcoming release of the paperback edition of his book Heaven and Hell: My Life in the Eagles (1974-2001).
What’s more, he’ll be sticking around town to perform the soundtrack at the House of Blues the following evening.
Don dropped by Breakfast Television Toronto today to pitch his book and two-night concert stint this weekend at the Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls.
Whew! We were exhausted after viewing/listening to this. The hostess had only four minutes’ time and by golly, she sprinted the entire way!
