Just finished the book. Great read......but a sad realization regarding the inner-workings of the band. I'm glad things have worked out for Don, but it is evident that he misses playing with the rest of the guys, even though I'm not sure that it would actually be worth the trouble.

Another thing that is evident, is what's missing from the Eagles latest release. When there's no Don.......there's no REAL Eagle sound. This I cannot forgive.

I would never expect or require someone to live or act according to my instruction, but friendship, trust, and fairness are basic principles that come natural to those who are good on the inside.

I'm sorry to say that even though I have followed them since the beginning, and enjoyed every minute, I will never purchase another Eagles album, or attend another Eagles concert.
